HMCA's Children's Ministry is a place where children learn to Love God in an intimate and personal way, to Love People, as God has called us to do! It's a place where we Make Disciples as we grow in our knowledge and love for Jesus, and where we strive to always Make a Difference in our homes, our church, our community and the world.
Impact the children of our community with the message of Christ's love for them
Facilitate growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His Word
Prepare children to discover their uniqueness and eventually God's mission and purpose for their lives.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFEGUARDING
House of Mercy Christian Assembly is committed to creating a safer culture within all its members and believes that those members must demonstrate a duty of care to safeguard all children and vulnerable adults from harm. All children and vulnerable adults have a right to protection, and the needs of all people who may be particularly vulnerable (either permanently or temporarily) must be taken into account when considering their involvement in church life and the support that is offered to enable them to live fulfilling Christian lives.
In order to achieve this, we run an interactive and engaging Sunday School Service, managed by CRB checked members of the congregation. We provide very useful resources including children colouring Bibles, interactive worksheets and electronic devices, to teach Children the timeless story of God's love for mankind, Who Jesus is and What Jesus did for us.
